About Us

Siop Gardd (Welsh for garden shop) is the creation of Ron, Patti and Stefan.

From our home in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park we handcraft garden and home accessories. 

Our story began in 2009 when we decided to pool our talents to see if we could create a new business. As Ron's background was carpentry we knew it had to involve wood! We loved feeding the wild birds that came to our garden so we started by making colorful birds houses. From then on we designed and made more garden and home accessories, encouraging our customers to work along with us. Some of customers gave us such good ideas and many of our products are a result of their inspiration!

Most of our products are personalised and it gives us such a sense of satisfaction knowing  knowing we are making something entirely unique to the recipient.

All our products are made from sustainable or recycled wood and we only use water-based paints that are non-toxic to wildlife.
